A very cozy place in a very good location and beautiful view! The staff in the reception are so kind, helpful and polite!
The rooms are so clean and comfortable! The breakfast is good but the two ladies who served the breakfast were so busy and they sometimes forgot to make a table or refill some parts !
You can also have your breakfast in outdoor space with a wonderful view! They have free parking too which is one of the best positive points for this location!
I personally think the prices is a little bit high respect to the quality but in overall we had a nice experience!

My impression of this hotel was that it is new||||The rooms are very good. Spacious, the fittings, TV and bathroom are all top class. Really nothing to complain about. There is also a safe in the room which is good. On top of this is the houskeeping which is also very good||||Breakfast was also good - if you like continental breakfasts (which I do) then it was great. If you want a cooked breakfast then perhaps not so good. While we are on the subject of food.... It is not possible to have dinner in the hotel because they have no restaurant.||||The position of the hotel is outside the city centre meaning if you want to go for dinner then it is either a 5-15 min walk to other restaurants or take the car. There are reasonable options for eating out.||||Also there is a supermarket very close by||||I like this hotel so why not 4* ? Smoking, I thought that smoking had died-out in public places but not here. In the lobby there is a nice bar with about 5 ashtrays on it, at about 9 in the evening the place fills up with smokers and the place stinks terrible. In the morning the place smells still of old smoke||||A good hotel which could be perfect with little effort from the management

Selected this hotel initially only for its location, coming from Prague and on our way to Langnau Im Emmental in Switzerland. It was a very pleasant surprise to find out that the hotel eas also very comfortable! From the efficient checkin, to the spacious modern rooms with very comfortable bedding, to the extensive choice at breakfast. Wifi connection was superfast. The building architecture very innovative. convenient parking.

Reception was very friendly. Check in effective. Enough parking space outside available.||Room was ok. Spacious but it lacked ambiance. The room was clean and all the essentials where there.||Bath room was also spacious. The towels looked old and a bit worn. ||Internet was a disaster. In the lobby it was ok but in the room the conection was lost over and over again. Even the simplest tasks where anoying. Very irritating since I always need to do some work in the evening.|||

Just one night to understand the good quality of the motel.Very useful with free shuttle to Friederichshafen exhibition. Nice interface, large very clean and quiet rooms. The staff was always ready to suggest restaurant, and help non German speaking people.

The Fairmotel is a basic location and whole setup gives a kind of dormitory feeling. The area isn't really attractive, there're no restaurants in walking distance but you're connected fast to the highway so it's a good location for guests in transit. The only real downside was the strong smell of cigarette smoke of the lobby following you through the whole building. Rooms are bright and bathrooms are equipped with soap dispenser. WIFI works but can be faster. The breakfast offers a small but fresh selection and the lady serving hot beverages is extremely friendly. There's no laundry service in case you plan a long term stay. Check in/out is efficient. Fair motel is not a gorgeous hotel but might be the right choice for business and in transit travelers. For vacation purpose it's definitely better to stay inside the city center.

I stayed at this hotel on my way from Montafon to catch a morning flight out of Zurich and found it comfortable, clean, and modern with a nice mountain view from my window, a pleasant, professional staff and convenient parking. Moreover, the price was very reasonable. ||||My only quibble was that smoking is allowed in the bar, which drifts throughout the lobby area. Also, no in-hotel restaurant, so you have to drive a few minutes for dinner since you're on the edge of town. Other than that, highly recommended as a business hotel.
