Location is right next to a cemetary. Rooms are ok- although spiderwebs in bathroom. One person at our table ordered a steak but received the wrong one. They took it to the kitchen only to bring back the same one saying it was correct. Website stated kitchen is open until 11pm. We had a small family reunion (Friday night) - people haven't seen each other in 20 years. At 9:50pm the waiter came and closed out the bill saying they were closing. He shut the light off and left. They owner was outside smoking, he was not interested.|The next morning 2 family members joined us for breakfast. They did not provide more cold cuts for them. The rolls were frozen and baked, not from a bakery. They charge 15 Euros per person. Not worth it!|Internet price was lower than what we paid.

My favorite place to stay in the Grevenbroich area, I always make an effort to book this inn whenever I am traveling here for work. A truly family owned little hotel with friendly staff who always remember me and my favorite food and drinks when I visit. The rooms are cosy and like an old fashioned German inn. The restaurant serves very good, traditional German food with fresh, local ingredients. My home away from home, a great comfort that makes my trips to Grevenbroich so much more enjoyable. The Gustorf town is small but beautiful, with an amazing church and a big park/forest with an animal park and petting zoo within short walking distance.

Es war leider kein guter Aufenthalt. Späte Anreise offensichtlich nicht Usus (kein Schlüsselsafe). Man stolpert ohne Licht (kein Bewegungsmelder) steile Treppen hoch. Service und Angebot zum Frühstück sehr ausbaufähig (nur Weissmehl und billiger Käse / Wurst. Am meisten hat mich die Hellhörigkeit gestört. Insgesamt habe ich für vergleichbares Geld schon deutlich besser übernachtet.
