The worst part of the park, if you were in a situation to go to an attraction, I recommend going down a slide anywhere, the people at the very beginning are rude and insolent towards some children, rude and he makes fun of the kids because they are three or four years older than them, in my opinion the worst part of Prater and I would never recommend him, thanks in advance

I didn't want to report it but i must cause i am still suffering from what happened there. First of all the price too high. 7.5 euros for 3 mins. No cards accepted so we gave them 50 euros. Little we knew what gonna happen next. Just before we were to sit in cars .. the cashier came out stop the ride and said the money is not authentic as his machine is not accepting it. His partner checked and said money is ok. Ques from our side.. Was he sleeping when we gave him the money at first? And now how do we know that its the same 50 euros we gave him . He must have replaced it ? As people outside were looking at us i felt that he must have come to us privately and talked. This is not the right way to deal it. Anyways the cashier accepted his mistake said sorry and went inside. We were also relaxed as it must be his first experience and he might have overreacted. So we begin the ride. After 2 mins they stopped the right and the same cashier came out and shouting he is not gonna take this 50 euro. I mean we just clear everything before ride ..he said sorry ..what now.. ? I gave him separate 15 euros and told to keep 50 euros also as it seems he needs money. My mood was totally pissed as he was again creating a scene. Some girl came from another shop ..checked the money and said that money is ok and sometimes the machine doesn't accept the new money notes. I until now have lost my cool as he was again creating a public display and that looks like the customers are crooks. We had warned him earlier and now the matter was totally messed up. I told em that i had come here with my partner to enjoy and this is totally unprofessional of them to act like this and that i never gonna come back again. The second guy said that yaa we can leave. Must say that had people not got involved there was surely a good scuffle. My blood boils when i think of that situation.

I must add that i like Austrian people and they are quite honest. This guy seems to be legit too but the way he was acting was not right at all. Once he took money he is responsible afterwards. Why didn't he check that money the moment we gave him the note. How do we know later if that's the note we gave him. And secondly he created public scene and could have talked separately. These are the things which every cashier shd learn.

Abt rides.. i dont wana review.. as the mood was spoilt anyhow.

My motive of this review is just to write here my side of story in case anyone from there is reading it.

Totally the worst experience!

They didn’t accept the prater Monday deal 1+1 free. When they clearly have the Wien logo on their kassa, when we showed him the deal he did not know what to do. NOT RECOMMENDED
