The towels are old and sort of clean, the WiFi is really slow and as the building has wooden floors you can here everyone walking about at all times of day or night.

There aren't enough car parking spaces for everyone and although you can hire an iron at reception (when it is open) there are no ironing boards.

If I was looking for a cheap hotel in Ulm I would avoid this one in the future.

This is the third time we have used this hotel as a stop on our way to Italy. We had issues with vehicle on way down so phoned hotel to let them know and key was put into a safe by the door, which was simple to use. We had a family room, which are very spacious and plenty of room for the 4 of us.||||The first issue was the parking, or lack of it. There seems to be lots of other apartments around the hotel now, all vying for parking space, so either be early or be prepared to park your car on the street and have a walk with your cases etc to the hotel. Maybe a barrier system should be installed so it can be controlled better.||||The restaurant has changed from the traditional German affair and become an Indian one so limiting the choice for travellers. The breakfast buffet was nowhere near as good as it was before, even though there seemed to be lots to choose from, the quality just didn’t seem the same.

The service was good but the rooms where not very nice. because the curtains let light in and the window on top of the room door was letting light in.too so I couldn’t get enough sleep. and the breakfast had very little to choose from and the eggs were not good

Overall i Had a good experience, large room, very comfortable bathroom With ventilation, large TV, a lot of wardrobes, comfortable beds, the breakfast was descent. However the internet didnt work at all, it was not connecting, in the first building it worked but in the one where my room was it didnt. Its good i stayed only one night and i didnt have to work, otherwise i would be very disappointed.

Travelling by car through Europe we (parents, one child and his friend, both 14) visited several places. We stayed our first day and night in the beautiful city of Ulm. The next day we |Arriving at the hotel is a little bit awkward: it looks like an industrial builing with a door at the streetside which is not the entrance. At the reception we were given rooms at the -1 level so we expected a sort of cells with no natural light.|But the rooms are fine in size, the two-person bed is a little bit small, the bathroom efficient and clean. The pillows are big and a sort of matrass itself. My neck hurt after one night of sleep.|We all took the €9,00 breakfast on the reviews on TA, but we think is was not worth it. The buffet was out of food every time (bread, eggs, cheese) and we have seen better buffets at IBIS hotels in Germany (included in the price)...

Family room with 2 double beds and 1 single bed, private bathroom, very spacious and clean, warm after a hot day. Good room price (112 EUR mid-April), breakfast of average price-quality (8.90 EUR pp), overpriced for kids - no reduction. Close to motorway, ideal for short stay such as overnight stop en route to Austria. Free and big on-site parking. Extremely friendly and helpful staff!

The hotel is modern and in a quiet office area 15 mins walk from clean Old Ulm. the hotel itself was clean and well looked after just what you would expect. ||Compared to other hotels it seemed well priced and I had now complaints until I was leaving. ||They have this bizzare situation where the reception closes between 11.00am and 4pm AND you cant get your left luggage between between 11.00am and 4pm. You need to check out before 11.00 but if you need to get a train at 1pm you have nowhere to leave your luggage safely. So have to lug it round the city for hours. Policy needs changed.

Needed a few nights in a hotel while visiting family. We booked via the Internet. I wasn’t sure what we were booking. We were greeted by a friendly lady.||Room was spacious and clean. Great hot water. The hotel was certain named correctly. Lol. The building and furniture is certainly orange. As you walk down the hallway there is the smell of oranges. Kids thought it was pretty cool.||Bed were comfortable and will stay there again!
