We had a wonderful stay! The view from the room was stunning, and the hotel’s atmosphere was truly warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this establishment without hesitation.
The entire team is amazing, with a director who is always smiling and friendly. Special mention goes to the breakfast service: a warm welcome every morning, especially thanks to Fehmii, a fantastic young man who is professional and always cheerful.
The reception staff were also impeccable, attentive, and very pleasant.
These were unforgettable moments, and we will be delighted to return!

We've stayed here before so we knew what to expect generally. This time we selected a mosel-view room in the main building - we have had rooms in one of the other buildings previously. We got a parking place both nights but only just. Access to the main building is up a flight of 10 steps, which should be noted by anyone with mobility issues. There is a lift to bedroom floors internally. Our room was really rather small and cramped but it had a good balcony with a nice view of the Mosel so that somewhat compensated. But our room had not been cleaned or serviced on the second day we came back - that was fixed after we complained. The jugendstil features of the hotel are as described and make this a nice place to stay and dine. Dinner was ok but service one night was very slow: there was a 40 minute gap after our first courses had been cleared away, with several tables waiting like us. Then 6 main course appeared at once. Obviously there had been some hold-up in the kitchen but nobody explained or apologised. I guess we'd come here again, but I get the impression that standards are slipping a bit. Breakfast was fairly good but one morning the main dining room was full and a few of us had to use another room - which mean several trips back/forth to the buffet. But we got to see another art nouveau room which was a bonus.

This is a review of the Hotel Bar. An absolute Art Deco destination, with a wonderful atmosphere created by the very skilled bartenders. I cannot recommend this enough, it is definitly worth going out of your way to visit.

We had a great honeymoon at this hotel. The personel was super friendly, it is such a romantic location and over all a great place to empty your mind and relax. The food was very tasty and the wellness is great. The only downside was that we could not book a partnermassage because there was only 1 massageur available.

Very clean. Prime location. The best room has a full terrace with chairs, table and beautiful flowers. It overlooks the Mosel River with fantastic views. Separate sleeping quarters and living room with sofa and chairs. Staff super friendly. Breakfast superb. Dinner delicious. Even the bar was wonderful. Walkability factor was awesome. We couldn't have picked a better hotel or room on the Mosel.

The personnel was very helpful and accommodating. Beautiful inside decor, especially if you appreciate fine details and old-timey art. The breakfast room has a beautiful view of the Mosel and hills, and a decent buffet. The room was very beautifully decorated and the bathroom was luxurious. The spa has a nice steam sauna and 85 degree sauna with views on the hills, and the pool is nice and clean. The hotel food from the restaurant was also delicious. The hotel bar is a great feature as it is decorated in a beautiful art-nouveau style, and the bartender Ana made us some delicious cocktails. Overall, good experience during our stay.

This beautiful hotel on the Mosel bank has multiple buildings where the rooms are lokated. We were happy to find a spacious, clean room with a nice bed and a good view of the surrounding mountains. |The restaurant is beautiful, the food delicious both morning and night, and the staff extremely service minded.

Beautiful hotel right on the river. Very helpful and friendly staff. We had booked a Junior Suite which was located in an adjacent building (connected to the main building via an overpass). Very spacious room with balcony overlooking the river with a fabulous view. Fantastic bathroom, spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Very good dinner and breakfast with lots of choices. There is parking outside, but very limited. There are a lot a stairs in the building, also in our room to get to the actual room. There is a lift, but I believe it only goes to the rooms in the main building.
