The location is perfect. Close to train station, highway and restaurants. The service was also very good , we went in the restaurant which had a nice terrace. The food was very good but also the breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. The negative point is we booked the hotel because it was a hot week and the hotel has airco but the airco is not working good, it did not really cool down the room much.

The hotel is quite good. The staff is kind and helpful, and the position is convenient. I was not satisfied with the room however. I got a superior type room for a premium - however due to what I assume was a ventilation issue kitchen smells were quite strong in the room, and attached to clothing too. This is extremely inconvenient for a business trip. My room was on the ground floor - I assume it's different on upper floors.

This is a very nice hotel located conveniently next to the Neckarsulm railway station with clean rooms and one of the best hotel beds that I have slept in. Where the place falls below expectations is in it’s laundry services- they returned my laundry as their vendor was unavailable, and their morning breakfast which had very few options for vegetarians other than bread and mushrooms.

This Hotel was perfect for what we needed. PLaced in a loely town with a very relaxing feel. The Hotel and staff were friendly and efficient. We had an early start so chose to eat in the Hotels restaurant which proved to be great. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was great even early on a weekend. We will be back despite some noise from the railway.

Surprising hotel. Well equipped and clean.
But the computer system requires you to wait as employees make phone calls to get basic requests approved, like a stay extension.
The music in the corridors also makes the place feel nervous. It almost invites more noise in the corridors. In a hotel.
Same topic: sleep. The double bed I booked ended up being two singles joined together. This is not ok. Especially when the beds are so rock hard.
Finally be careful of rooms starting with 1. This is actually on the ground floor and can be on the way to the restaurant and bar. For sure noisy late in the evening or early night.

I am a regular guest at the Welcome, so I have quite a few observations. |The rooms are comfortable, the beds are nicely made and cozy, the showers have enough pressure, never had any complaints here. And the breakfast is great, too. ||But lately the hotel seems to have some troubles, which bother me considering the price of up to 170€ for the basic room:|- The hotel does not have enough parking spaces for all guests. This leads to guests having to park somewhere in town and walk back to the hotel. And parking in town is not easy at night. |- I had rooms not properly cleaned (and I don't mean a spot but it reeked of urine I could not stay for a minute) or maintained (sink broken).|- the WIFI is connected to the individual TVs in the rooms and sometimes it simply does not work. I had to use my private Hotspot for calls; happened several times, staff pretends to not be aware. |- a small thing, but noticable: a printer at the front desk has not been working for months now. They pretend that it is something new, but one gets the feeling that they don't fix the small things. ||Had to be said.

We spent 4 nights at the Welcome Hotel with our family. We also have a little hotel at home, but we return home with a lot of ideas during our stay here. Vanessa was very nice and helpful, she waited for us, explained everything in detail and answered with a smile if I had any questions. The rooms are big and clean. The bed is comfortable and the bathtub is the best thing about the room! ☺️ And the breakfast is amazing!!! We will definitely come back! Thanks everything!
